Jane Parslow
BA APMP PMP FRSA
Jane Parslow’s main focus is the practical application of project management methods. She uses a coaching approach to support project managers, helping them to apply their learning and existing knowledge to complex situations. She helps bring abstract project theory to life, helping people to use it as a structured tool kit, modifying and refining it for any type of project, team or organisation. Jane encourages people to think about what they are trying to achieve, how they can best achieve it, and how to do that within the constraints on their organisation.
Jane is a highly experienced and effective communicator, whether training, facilitating, mentoring or coaching, working with groups or individuals. She has worked in the fields of project management, consultancy and training for over 30 years. In that time, she has been involved in a number of business areas, including: pharmaceuticals, oil & petrochemicals, construction, engineering, IT and telecommunications, defence & aerospace, energy, R&D, government, banking, and retail.
Jane is a member of the Project Management Institute and the Association for Project Management, and holds their respective PMP® and APMP qualifications. Jane is also a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is working towards their ACC accreditation; she is an NLP Master Practitioner and holds a European NLP Coach certificate. She is a Qualified Practitioner in the AMSP motivational profiling tool. Jane was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society for Arts in 2015.
